Before becoming an agent, I grew up all over western Michigan, studied entrepreneurship at Western Michigan University, and worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years — so ensuring remarkable customer service is second-nature to me. Today, I love operating this agency as a small business. I have two amazing kids, 12 and 18, and we love spending time outside, going to our cottage up north, and learning new things together. My agency volunteers at great organizations, including Kid's Food Basket, Habitat for Humanity and Love In Action.
